摘要
本研究以中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana,简称中蜂)为研究对象,采用囚王的方式控制蜂王以提高蜂王体内营养水平,研究所产卵粒对培育出的处女蜂王体型大小及产卵潜力的影响。利用蜂王自然状态下产的卵粒和通过囚禁蜂王后产下的卵粒孵化的幼虫,分别培育处女蜂王,测定处女蜂王相关形态指标及卵巢小管数量。结果表明囚王前后蜂王所产卵粒培育出来的处女蜂王初生重、体长、翅长、翅宽差异均不显著,而卵巢小管数量差异极显著。囚王后处女蜂王卵巢小管数较多,因此囚王可以提高处女蜂王的产卵潜力。
In this study, the Chinese honeybee(Apis cerana cerana, referred to as the bees) for the study, the use of controlled prisoners king queen queen to raise levels of nutrition body, the Institute for grain spawn bred virgin queens body size and spawning potential impact. The results showed that after spawning prisoners king queen virgin queen grain cultivated birth weight, body length, wing length, wing width differences were not significant, but small quantities tube ovarian significant difference. Prisoners queen virgin queens ovarian tubules a few more, so the king can improve spawning potential prisoners virgin queen.
