摘要
乳腺癌作为全球女性最为高发的癌症,其治疗相比其他癌症已取得了长足的进步,极大地提高了患者的生存时间和生活质量,但仍然面临如耐药、三阴性乳腺癌的治疗等许多瓶颈问题。Hedgehog信号通路的激活已被证明能促进乳腺癌细胞的生长、侵袭、转移以及耐药。因此,阻断该通路对于乳腺癌的治疗有着广阔的前景。本文就近年来Hedgehog信号通路抑制剂与乳腺癌的研究概况及药物应用进展展开综述。
There are challenges of treating breast cancer such as drug resistance and triple-negative breast cancer,which is the most common cancer among women. A large number of studies have shown that Hedgehog signaling promotes tumor growth,invasion,metastasis and drug resistance,suggesting a potential value of the Hedgehog signaling pathway in the treatment of breast cancer. This paper summarized the application advances of hedgehog signaling pathway inhibitors in breast cancer.
