数字化骨科技术在高等医学教学改革中的应用研究 被引量:5

Research on the application of digital orthopedic technology in the reform of higher medical teaching

摘要 目的初步探讨数字化医学技术在高等医学院校学生骨科教学实习的应用效果,为日后临床教学提供参考。方法选取鄂尔多斯市中心医院骨科实习的临床本科学生120名为研究对象,随机分为教改组及对照组,每组学生60人。教改组应用数字化骨科技术进行教学,对照组应用传统教学方法,对比两组实习生的教学成绩。结果经过一段时间的教学,对两组实习生的成绩进行统计分析,教改组学生理论知识考试分、教学满意度均高于对照组学生,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化医学技术在骨科临床教学中有着广阔的应用前景,有助于医学生学习复杂的专业知识,提高教师的教学效率。 Objective To explore the application effect of digital medical technology in orthopedics teaching practice of medical students,and to provide reference for future clinical teaching.Method 120 clinical undergraduate students of orthopedics practice in Ordos center hospital were selected,randomly divided into teaching reform group and control group,60 students in each group.The teaching reform team applied digital orthopedic technology,and the control group applied traditional teaching methods to compare the teaching results of the two groups of interns.Results After a period of teaching,the scores of the two groups of interns were statistically analyzed.The scores of the theoretical knowledge test and the teaching satisfaction of the students in the teaching reform group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SDigital medical technology has a broad application prospect in clinical teaching of orthopedics department,which helps medical students to learn complex professional knowledge and improve the teaching efficiency.
