疏肝解郁活血法治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎的临床应用研究

Clinical application of shugan jieyu huoxue therapy in treating chronic prostatitis type ⅢB

目的探讨疏肝解郁活血法治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法随机将89例ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎患者分为研究组与对照组,研究组给予自拟疏肝解郁活血免煎剂治疗,对照组给予疏肝解郁胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前、后中医证候评分、NIH-CPSI、PHQ-9、PCS、MCS、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后的中医证候评分、NIH-CPSI症状评分、PHQ-9、PCS、MCS均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏肝解郁活血法治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎临床效果好,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan jieyu huoxue therapy in treating chronic prostatitis type Ⅲ B. Methods Totally 89 patients were divided into two groups, the patients in study group were treated by shugan jieyu huoxue, and in control group were treated with shugan jieyu capsule only. The score of TCM syndrome, the total NIH-CPSI, the PHQ-9&PCS&MCS, the curative effect before and after treatment were compared in two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The TCM syndrome score, NIH-CPSI symptom score, PHQ-9, PCS and MCS were significantly better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Shugan jieyu huoxue method has good clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of type ⅢB chronic prostatitis.
