摘要
本文对混合人血清中IgG四个亚类提供了系统的分离方法。首先用DEAE-Sephadex A 50从血清中分离IgG作为亚类分离的材料。然后用DEAE-纤维素柱分离IgG4。再用CM-纤维素柱分离出IgG2,最后用Protein A-Sepharose CL-4B 将IgGl与IgG3分离。
This report provided a method for separation of IgG—subclasses from the pooled human serum systematically. First of all, IgG as a material of separation of IgG-subclasses was separated out from the pooled human serum with the DEAE-Sephadex A 50 column. After that, IgD4 was separated out from the IgG with the DEAE-Cellulose column and IgG2 was separated out with the CM-Cellulose column from the remnant. Lastly, IgG1 and IgG3 were separated with the Protein A-Sepharose CL-4B column.
