非特异性免疫核糖核酸治疗乙型慢性肝炎的研究

A TRIAL OF NON-SPECIFIC IMMUNO-RNA FOR THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC HEPATITIS B

本文对临床诊断为乙型慢性肝炎68例病人随机分为两组。治疗组用卡介苗免疫羊的肝脾等组织提取的免疫糖核酸治疗。对照组用一般保肝药物治疗。结果:GPT、TTT、ZTT、恢复正常例数的百分数,治疗组各为62.5%,55.5%,64.2%;对照组各为14.8%,19.0%,30.0%。两组差异显著(前者P<0.01,后两者P<0.05)。HBeAg及循环免疫复合物的阴转率,治疗组各为60.7%及67.7%;对照组各为22.2%及31.5%,两组差异非常显著(P<0.005)。

Randomized control trial of Non-specific immuno-RNA(NSIRNA) for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B was observed in two groups of 68 patients. NSIRNA was extracted from liver and spleen of sheep immunized with BCG vaccine and used for the treating group. Control group was treated by conservative method with general drugs. The results showed that the percen tage cases to whom the GPT. TTT. ZTT become normal, was 62.5, 55.5 and 64.2%in treated group, and 14.8, 19.0 and 30.0%in control group.
