摘要
婴幼儿肺炎中,肺炎支原体感染及支原体与病毒混合感染也占重要地位。
The etiological study in patients suspected viral pneumonia or mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia was carried out in this paper. The positive virus isolation rate is 45.54% from 58 throat swabs. Fourty paired sera were detected for specific antibody, four fold rise was detected against adenovirus in 45%, respiratory syncytial virus in 30%. The mixed infection of both adenovirus and respiratory syncytial virus is 10%. 7 from 21 patients was diagnosed by positive serological test as mycoplasma pneumoniaepneumonia, the serological positive rate is 33.3%. This study illustrated that besides virus, myeoplasma pneumoniae is also a significant etiology in infantile pneumonia.
