摘要
1997年中国石油天然气总公司就在中亚俄罗斯地区和中东地区开展合作。作为'一带一路'油气合作的先行者,在中国2013年提出'一带一路'倡议之后,中国石油天然气集团有限公司(以下简称'中国石油')进一步深耕'一带一路'沿线各国油气市场,持续深化与沿线重点资源国政府、合作伙伴等利益相关者的交流合作,加快推进区内重要产能合作项目投运和跨国能源战略通道建设,成为沿线国家油气开发的优选合作伙伴及主要投资者、建设者。
CNPC started oil and gas cooperation in Russia,Central Asia and the Middle East in as early as 1997.As a pioneer of oil&gas cooperation under China’s“Belt and Road”Initiative proposed in 2013,CNPC has been further committed to the oil&gas markets in partner countries along the“Belt and Road”.CNPC has been deepening the exchanges and cooperation with stakeholders(e.g.governments and partners)in host countries,and accelerating the commissioning of major production capacity cooperation projects and the construction of transnational energy strategic channels in these regions.CNPC is considered as a preferred partner and a major investor and builder in oil and gas sector in partner countries.
