摘要
Since the implementation of the“Belt and Road”Initiative which China put forward more than five years ago,it has had a greater and greater impact and gained the recognition of more and more international organisations,as well as the participation of an increasing number of countries and regions.Although it was initially stigmatised as neocolonialism,it has proved to be contrary to historical colonialism by involving neither the occupation of resources by means of violence or threats nor the attachment of unreasonable constraints.The“Belt and Road”Initiative concerns open global cooperation,not small cooperation for the formation of cliques.Cooperation under the“Belt and Road”Initiative is benefiting an increasing number of people in the countries along the route.It has become a new driving force for promoting economic development and improving people's livelihood.It is constantly consolidating the fruitful achievements of globalization and marketization that mankind has already achieved.
中国提出的'一带一路'倡议实施五年多以来,产生的影响越来越大,得到的国际社会认可越来越多,参与的国家和地区不断增加。虽然有的人将之污蔑为新殖民主义,但事实表明它和历史上的殖民主义相反,既不通过暴力和威胁手段占有,也不附加不合理的约束条款。'一带一路'是开放性的全球合作倡议,不是拉帮结派排挤他人的小圈子。'一带一路'合作正在惠及越来越多的各国人民,是促进各国经济发展和民生改进的新动能,正在不断巩固人类已经取得的全球化和市场化的丰硕成果。
