定西市安定区鲁家沟镇獭兔养殖户的獭兔于2014年4月20日开始暴发疑似巴氏杆菌病,平均发病率36%,死亡率26.3%,致死率73%。通过流行病学,临床症状,病尸剖检,诊断性治疗,实验室检查等综合分析,诊断为兔巴氏杆菌病,怀疑并发兔瘟。并对养殖户统一指导,进行了隔离病兔、药物治疗和场舍消毒等全面防治措施,其效果显著,使疫情基本得到控制,最大程度地降低了养殖户的经济损失。该起疫病的处理可为该地区兔巴氏杆菌病尤其是暴发性兔巴氏杆菌病的防治提供参考。

A suspect Rabbit Pasteurellosis has been broken out in the Lujiagou Town of Anding Area of DingxiCity on April 20 in 2014, the mean incidence rate was 36%, the mortality rate was 26.3% and the fatality ratewas 73%. According to epidemic condition, clinical symptom, pathologic changes, diagnostic treatment and lab-oratory examination, this disease was diagnosed as Rabbit Pasteurellosis with suspected Rabbit Pest. Also thehouseholds were guided to carry on preventive and curative measures of isolation of suffering rabbits, medica-tion and desinfection of rabbit farm and rabbitry etc.s. The effect of control of epidemic situation was remark-able. Carrying on the measure farthest reduced the Rex Rabbit households, economic loss. The treatment of theepidemic can provide reference for the control of Rabbit Pasteurellosis especially acute Rabbit Pasteurellosis inthe district.
