Studies on Chemical Components and Pharmacological Activity of Rabbit Gallbladder Bile

文章对兔胆的化学成分,胆汁酸成分制备方法以及兔胆与熊胆几种药理作用比较等方面进行整理,兔胆在镇静、镇惊等方面药理作用,和熊胆比较无明显差异,为代用熊胆提供了可能,应进一步验证实验结论,并进行深入的机制研究,从而为兔胆药用奠定基础。

Sort out the chemical of rabbit gallbladder bile, method of bile acid preparation and several pharma?cological effects compared with bear bile,such as sedation, anticonvulsant etc, which had no significant differ?ence. However,rabbit gallbladder bile can alternative bear bile or not need further verification and in-depth study of the mechanism.
