兔毛絮片保暖性数学模型的建立与评价

The Establishment and Evaluation of the Mathematical Model of the Warmth Retention Property of Rabbit Hair Flocculus

摘要 本文介绍了在针刺和热风两种非织造工艺下,试制了不同混合比例的兔毛/腈纶保暖絮片,并用羊毛絮片作为对比,检测结果说明该絮片较同等条件下的羊毛絮片在保暖性上有一定的提高,同时建立了该絮片的保暖性数学模型。 Based on the two kinds of nonwoven process of needle punching and hot air, rabbit hair and acrylicfiber mixed warm flocculus with different proportions is successfully trial-produced.Contrasting to the wool floc-culus of the same proportions, their warmth rention property is improved to some extent. Meanwhile, a mathe-matical model of the warmth retention property of rabbit hair flocculus is established.
