摘要
目的:探讨出院患者床旁财务结算的实施效果。方法:通过护士站财务床旁结算系统实施出院患者床旁结算。收集实施出院床旁结算前(住院收费处出院结算)和实施出院床旁结算半年后某1个月出院结算完毕的患者(或家属)180例和176例,对两组患者的出院过程服务满意度和出院结算时间进行比较。结果:实施出院床旁结算前后患者对出院服务满意度分别为85.56%和98.9%,出院结算花费时间分别为(17.54±3.45)min和(3.24±0.91)min;实施前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:出院床旁结算以信息化改善患者就医体验,优化了出院服务流程,缩短了出院结算时间,提高了患者满意度,操作简便,值得推广使用。
Objectives: To discuss the ef ectiveness of discharged patient beside bed settle. Methods: Beside bed financial settle system was implemented by nurse station. 180 cases and 176 cases of discharged patient were selected before and after implementing beside bed settling. Time for discharge settling and satisfaction were compared. Results: The satisfaction rate before and after implementing beside bed settle were 85.56% and 98.9% respectively. Time for settling were 17.54±3.45 min and 3.24±0.91, both have significant dif erent(P<0.05). Conclusions: Beside bed settle has been improved patient’s experience, optimized discharged process, saved time and promoted patient’s satisfaction. And it also has the advantages of easy implementation and can be promoted.
