摘要
从资源与规模等不同方面以及综合角度对中医医院和综合医院进行服务能力比较,发现它们除质量与安全、中医中药服务方面外,在资源与规模、人才与技术水平、医疗服务数量等方面及综合方面均有差距。认为政府应加大对中医院投入,改善中医服务补偿机制;中医医院应挖掘和发扬传统中医诊疗方法;综合医院应加强中医学科建设。
By comparing the service capacity between traditional Chinese medicine hospital and general hospital in aspects of medical resource,scale and general capacity,it shows that there are gaps in medical resources,scale,human resources,technology and visit amount and there is no gap quality and safety.It is proposed that government should increase investment and improve compensation mechanism,the Chinese medicine hospital should excavate and carry forward the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment method and the general hospital should strengthen the construction of the discipline of Chinese Medicine.
