Building and application on regional health information platform in Zhuhai

通过调研珠海市医疗机构信息建设现状,确立了基于电子病历的医院信息平台,实现相关医疗卫生机构的互联互通的建设目标,经对三个层次系统总体架构的设计和"一卡一网一中心一平台三大体系"的建设,实现了以社保卡为主标识建立全市患者就诊信息共享系统。通过区域医疗信息平台的建设,方便市民享有质优的医疗卫生服务,提高患者健康生活幸福指数。

By investigating the status quo of information system in medical institute,electronic medical record based information platform to achieve information sharing is built.By three hierarchical framework design,platform which can be described as cardinternet-center-platform has been built and have achieved patient information sharing in the city.It shows that the regional health information platform can help qualified health resources utilization and promoting people's healthy life.
