摘要
通过对在中国知网数据库中检索的1648篇医院人力资源领域文献进行分析(时间跨度从1979年至2014年),对文章数量、关键词、作者、研究类型、被引用次数、发表期刊、h指数等指标进行统计学分析,根据布拉德福定律、普赖斯定律分析核心期刊及核心作者情况,从而系统了解我国医院人力资源领域的研究现状,包括研究人群特征、研究的数量及内容分类、研究的质量等相关内容,为未来医院人力资源研究提供理论依据及数据支持。
1648 papers were retrieved from the CNKI database for analysis since 1979.Paper quantity,key words,authors,type of study,times cited,journals,h-index were analyzed.Core journals and core authors were analyzed by Bradford’s Law and Price ’ s law to understand the research status in the field of hospital human resource in China,include of authors’ characteristic,the quantity and quality of study.It is considered to provide theoretical basis and data support for further research of hospital human resource.
