摘要
医疗质量与安全关系到患者的切身利益,是当前国内外广大医院管理者关注的热点问题。华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院通过近十年的摸索,结合德国KTQ质量管理理念,运用信息化监管平台,对质量与安全实行了精准化的监管,有效提高了医疗质量与患者安全管理水平。
Medical quality and safety is related to the patient's vital interests, and becoming one of the most important subject for the domestic and international hospital management. Through 10 years' exploration, Tongji hospital referenced KTQ hospital quality certification system, built informationalized supervision platforms, and took precision supervision on quality and safety, and protects the quality and safety of medical services ef ectively.
