医疗过程评价在医院内部绩效考核中的应用

Application on process evaluation in hospital internal performance evaluation

目的:提出医疗过程评价指标及其评价结果在医院内部绩效考核体系的应用方式。方法:分析样本医院2015年医院等级模拟评审评价材料,分析北京市医院管理局委托的第三方对医院实施的日常运行绩效现场评价资料、专家会议资料和医院自我评价资料。结果:建立以医疗质量安全管理为核心的医疗过程评价指标、提出评价结果在绩效考核分配中的应用方式。结论:医疗过程评价是当前局限于结果考核的医院内部绩效考核体系的有效补充。

Objectives: To apply process evaluation index and results in hospital internal performance evaluation. Methods: Hospital accreditation data in 2015, daily assessment data carried out by the third party, expert assessment data and hospital self- assessment data were analyzed. Results: Healthcare quality and patient safety centered process index system and its application were discussed and implemented. Conclusions: Process assessment index system is an ef ective way to complete outcome centered assessment system.
