摘要
多年来,大型公立医院承担了对口支援社区卫生服务工作、支农、支边、组建区域医疗联合体等多项任务,并初见成效,为进一步探索分级诊疗工作奠定了一定基础。门诊工作是大型公立医院医疗服务的重要组成部分,是践行医改政策的重要窗口,也是折射医改成效的一面镜子。首都医科大学宣武医院依托学科建设,提高门诊医疗服务质量。加强精细化管理,提高门诊运行效率。畅通双向转诊通道,推进分级诊疗,引导患者科学就医。在分级诊疗模式下,切实履行大型公立医院的职责。
Many years of partner assistance of community health care, rural health care, healthcare in poor region and build regional hospital union experiences have helped establishing hierarchical medical system. Outpatient service is an important part of large public hospital medical service, an important window of practice of health care policy, and also a mirror of the refraction reform achievements. Xuanwu hospital, capital medical university promoted outpatient service qualities depending on the discipline construction, strengthened the i ne management, and improved the efficiency of outpatient service to promote dual referral and guiding hierarchical medical system, which have played the role of large public hospital in healthcare reform.
