基于SWOT模型的大数据在医疗领域应用分析

Application of big data in the medical field based on SWOT model

通过对大数据概念的介绍,阐述了其在临床决策支持、个性化医疗、健康监测、流行病监测与预报等医疗领域的几个典型应用,分析对比了国内外大数据医疗的应用状况。运用SWOT模型系统分析了大数据医疗的数据量大、应用范围广等优势;医疗信息平台尚未联通、数据挖掘难度大等劣势;技术支持、政策支持等机会;数据泄露风险、数据真实性有待提高等威胁。据此,提出应突破管理机制、深度挖掘医疗大数据,提高其真实性、提高医疗大数据的安全性等建议。

Based on the introduction of big data, key applications in medical field such as supporting clinical decision making, individual healthcare, health situation monitoring, epi monitoring and prediction were discussed and compared. SWOT model were used to analyze the bid data application. The strength were big sample and applied widely. The weakness involved non in common information platform and the difficulties in data mining. The opportunities included technical support and policy support and the threats were the risk of information betray and the data quality. It is considered to innovating management mechanism, strengthening data mining and improving the safety of healthcare information.
