摘要
就医体验已成为全社会关注的焦点之一。首都医科大学宣武医院通过对患者进行问卷调查,开展互换就医体验活动,密切关注患者就医需求和就医体验。注重合理施治,规范诊疗,保障患者安全,尊重患者合法权益,注重人文关怀,便捷门诊就医流程,改善就诊环境,不断提高门诊医疗服务质量。同时,依托门诊综合服务能力,改善患者就医体验。
Patient experience has become one of the key point in the whole society. By questionnaire and role exchange, patient's experience and demands was closely attended in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University. By countermeasures of rational and standard treatment, patient safety security, patient's rights respecting, humanistic care, outpatient process optimization and quality promotion, patient's experience and outpatient care are both improved.
