Developing dual referral and improving outpatient care

按照国家卫生计生委《进一步改善医疗服务行动计划》的相关要求,四川大学华西医院在前期门诊服务改善成果的基础上,成立了双向转诊办公室,搭建门诊新服务平台,在延伸服务内容、优化服务布局、加强信息沟通、提升服务能力、改善就医体验等方面取得成效,同时促进了医院分级诊疗工作的推进。

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the National Health Planning Commission to further improve the healthcare action, WCH established a dual referral office in 2014 based on early improved outcomes of outpatient care. This office has developed a new platform of outpatient care to achieve effective results in the services extension, process optimization, hospital patient communication, capacity enhancing and patient experience improvement. It also has promoted hierarchical treatment implementation.
