摘要
上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院作为上海市年门急诊量较大的三级甲等综合医院,认真贯彻各项医改文件精神,切实加强管理、提高服务水平、保障患者安全。近几年通过多种措施保障患者便捷就医、建立机制保障患者安全就医、优化流程保障患者有效就医、加强宣传保障患者明白就医,进一步改善门诊服务质量,并提出下一步服务方向为拓展预约途径、优化门诊信息系统和推进诊间结算。
As a top tertiary general hospital who has a big mount of outpatients in Shanghai, Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University has carried out various countermeasures to improve patient experience, secure patient safety, optimize outpatient process. Further actions include expanding approaches of reservation service and optimizing outpatient information system and promote the clinic and settlement.
