摘要
为了缩短患者平均住院时间和术前住院天数,有效缓解患者住院难问题,第二军医大学长海医院在门诊开展一体化院前检查服务,将患者入院后必须进行的各项手术前(治疗前)检查,前移至待床阶段在门诊完成,在不增加患者和医保部门费用的同时,缩短待床和住院时间,有效改善患者的就医体验。
To shorten average length of stay and pre-operation stay, Changhai hospital carried out the integration pre-hospital examination service which was aimed at shifting forward the examinations that should be done pre-operation to outpatient clinic, so as to shorten the waiting time for inpatient care and average length of stay, improve the medical experience without a cost increase for the patients and the medical insurance department.
