2013年中国白内障复明手术信息报告系统中医疗机构和手术费用信息研究

Information analysis of medical institute and surgery cost according to the cataract surgery information reporting system in China in 2013

目的:通过分析2013年全国白内障复明手术信息报告系统报送的医疗机构和手术费用信息,以了解各地区、各级、各类医疗机构对白内障人群的治疗能力,以便进一步推动国内大规模的白内障复明工作。方法:资料来源于全国白内障复明手术信息报告系统,采用统计软件SAS9.3进行描述性分析。结果:2013年全国共计3292所医疗机构在白内障复明手术信息报告系统中注册并报送过白内障手术信息,其中东部最多,1480所,占44.96%,中部911所,占27.67%,西部901所,占27.37%。从级别上来看,东中西部各地区均为县级医院报送最多,其次是市级、省级医院;从类别上来看,综合医院排在第一位,其次是专科医院、中医医院。白内障复明手术的手术费用主要来源于医疗保险及新型农村合作医疗,其次是国家的防盲项目"百万贫困白内障患者复明工程"。结论:国内县级、综合以及非营利性医疗机构相对承担了开展白内障手术工作的主要任务。

Objectives: To master the cataract surgical ability of medical institutions in various regions, at dif erent levels and of all types to promote the large-scale cataract surgeries in China by analyzing the data of medical institutions and surgery costs from the national cataract surgery information reporting system in 2013. Methods: The data comes from the national cataract surgery information reporting system, which is analyzed with Statistical Analysis Software(SAS 9.3).Results: In 2013, 3345 medical institutions have registered and reported by the system, among which 1480 institutions are located in the East(44.96%), 911 are in the Central region(27.67%), and 901 are in the West(27.37%). From the aspect of the level, the number of reporting county hospitals ranks the first, and then come the city-level and provincial level hospitals. From the aspect of category, general hospitals rank the first, and then come the specialized hospitals and Chinese medicine hospitals. From the aspect of property, the non-profit hospitals are the dominant type. The surgery costs mainly come from the medical insurance and New Rural Cooperative Medical System, and also the national blindness prevention project One Million of Cataract Patients Restoring Vision provides part of subsides. Conclusion: The county-level, general and non-profit medical institutions are the main force to assume the task of cataract surgeries.
