公立医院医务人员医德档案评价指标体系研究

通过对公立医院医务人员医德档案评价指标遴选应遵循源于患者感受、量化、网络化、可考核的原则的阐述,指出医德档案评价指标由基本指标和校准指标组成。其中基本指标包括规范服务、规范行医、劳动纪律、仪表仪容、素质培训、公益活动等6个方面,校准指标包括一票否决、荣誉表扬、重大贡献3个方面。同时,从统一网络平台、实行动态管理、绩效考核挂钩等方面讨论了如何提高医德档案评价指标体系的应用效率。

Based on the discussion of the principles of public hospital medical ethics archives evaluation index selection which includes the patient feeling and quantitative, the principle of network, can the inspection, it shows that medical ethics archives evaluation index is composed of basic index and calibration index. The basic indicators include six aspects such as standardized service, standardized care, discipline, appearance and manners, professional skill training and public interest. The calibration indicators include three aspects involves one vote veto, awards and great contribution. How to improve the efficiency of medical ethics files the application of the evaluation index system is analyzed in aspects of integrated network platform, dynamical management and performance assessment.
