摘要
借助企业品牌DNA管理概念构建医院护士长团队DNA管理模型。该模型以创新和规范化管理为骨架主链,辅以6大核心碱基对要素(发展目标、规章制度、情感沟通、激励机制、培训学习、团队文化)来培养医院护士长团队。实践证明,该模型可有效指引团队成员发展方向,形成积极向上的团队作风,充分发挥团队成员核心工作能力和团结合作精神,有效提高团队整体水平和成员各种能力。
The head nurse team DNA management model was built by the concept of enterprise brand DNA management model. The model be used to develop head nurse team in hospital with innovation and standardization management as the main chain of the skeleton, and supplemented by six core factors of base-pairs, including development goals, rules and regulations, emotional communication, incentive mechanism, training learning, and team culture. This model can ef ectively guide the development direction of team members, forming positive and good team operation, give team members core working ability and the spirit of unity and cooperation, and improve the overall level of the team and all kinds of ability of team members.
