摘要
根据国内现行法律、法规,对广东省A医院、宁波B医院和杭州C医院开展互联网医疗调研中存在的法律问题进行分析,讨论医疗机构、健康保健公司开展互联网医疗的合法性。
According to the current ef ective laws in China, legal issues of internet medical treatment in A hospital in Guangdong, B hospital in Ningbo and C hospital in Hangzhou were analyzed and the legitimacy of network medical treatment carrying out in medical institutions and medical health care company was also discussed.
