摘要
2014年8月—2015年2月,首都医科大学宣武医院承接国家卫生和计划生育委员会、北京市卫生和计划生育委员会任务,组建、培训、派出了一批10人的医疗队赴加勒比地区国家——特立尼达和多巴哥进行医疗援助服务。根据此次工作实际情况,探索新型短期专家型援外医疗模式,得出结论:援外医疗是外交方式之一,对外意义重大;新型援外医疗有利于促进人才培养和开拓医疗合作领域。
Entrusted by National Health and Family Planning Commission and Beijing Health and Family Planning Commission, Xuanwu Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University dispatched a short term expert team to give a medical aid in Trinidad and Tobago during Aug. 2014 to Feb. 2015. According to the foreign medical aid, the mode of short term expert dispatching was analyzed and it showed that as one of foreign medical aid mode, this mode had played full role and helped improving local human resources and developing healthcare cooperation.
