Research progress on the disease burden of catheter related blood stream infection

导管相关血流感染是医院内感染的常见类型,也是导致住院患者死亡的主要原因之一。作者总结了国内外文献关于导管相关血流感染疾病负担的研究进展,包括导管相关血流感染的发病率、死亡率、延长的住院天数、导致的疾病经济负担以及导管相关血流感染疾病负担的预防等,提出了目前导管相关血流感染研究中存在的问题,探讨了今后应该在哪些方面加强对导管相关血流感染的研究。

Catheter related blood stream infection(CRBSI)is the common type of hospital infection, and is also one of the main causes of death in inpatients. Based on the domestic and foreign literatures, the authors summarized the research advances on the disease burden of CRBSI, including the morbidity and the mortality of CRBSI, increased length of stay and economic burden of disease associated with CRBSI, and the prevention of the disease burden of CRBSI, et al. The problems existing in the present study were put forward, and what aspects should be stressed in the CRBSI research in the future was discussed.
