摘要 学科建设是一所医院发展的根本所在,医院需要不断加强学科建设,尤其是要注重发展医疗团队的综合能力,而多学科协作诊疗模式具有多学科参与、综合性强的特点。笔者通过对上海市某三级综合医院的多学科诊疗模式进行现场调研,了解其开展情况,探讨其在学科建设中的促进作用,为今后多学科协作诊疗模式的发展提供依据。 Discipline construction is a fundamental development of the hospital. And hospitals need to continue to strengthen discipline construction. In particular, to focus on the development of comprehensive ability of medical team. Multidisciplinary treatment mode has multidisciplinary, highly comprehensive features. Through on-site investigation of multidisciplinary treatment model in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai, multidisciplinary treatment mode development situation and its impact on promoting discipline construction are discussed to provide reference for MDT mode.
