摘要 目的:分析2007-2015年北京大学第一医院近9年全院科室间会诊执行情况,评价会诊规范化管理对科室间会诊的影响。方法:通过分析近9年会诊数据,评价会诊率、会诊按时完成率、会诊医师职称构成比等的变化趋势。结果:2007-2015年,科室间会诊率在53.03%!69.35%;会诊医师中,高级职称所占比例有所提升。2012-2015年会诊按时完成率依次为91.99%、95.19%、95.75%、94.61%,保持在较高水平;其中普通会诊中一级会诊的按时完成率最高。结论:会诊规范化管理有效提高了科室间会诊的效率与质量。 Objectives: To evaluate the ef ect of consultations standardized management on the execution of group consultations between dif erent departments in Peking University First Hospital in the latest nine years. Methods: By data analysis of group consultations between dif erent departments in Peking University First Hospital from 2007 to 2015, the group consultation rate, the rate of consultation completed on time, the distribution of consultants in 9 years were compared. Results: From 2007 to 2015, the rates of group consultation fluctuated from 53.03% to 69.35%, and the proportion of senior title was increased. From 2012 to 2015, the rates of group consultation completed on time were 91.99%,95.19%,95.75%,94.61% respectively. And the rate of group consultation completed on time of level one consultation was highest among common group consultations. Conclusions: Through the implementation of standardized group consultation management, the efficiency and quality of group consultations between dif erent departments was improved ef ectively.
