防护医务人员职业暴露的实践探讨及分析

河南中医学院第一附属医院医院感染管理科通过完善规章制度,改进工作条件,配备防护用品;采取专题培训、发放工具书、宣传材料、举办医院感染控制宣传月、宣传周活动,分层次对医院职工进行针对性的安全防护教育,提高安全防护的依从性;加强与科室科主任、护士长的沟通与协作,使之提高对医院感染预防与控制工作的认识,帮助他们分析存在的问题和困难,积极协调,帮助其排忧解难;对暴露职工进行本底检测、预防接种、心理支持、追踪观察等一系列举措,有效提高了医院职工的职业安全防范意识,最大限度地保护了医院职工的身心健康。

A series of countermeasures has been taken to assure medical staf ’s occupational exposure in the 1st Hospital of Henan College of TCM. Firstly, completing regulations, improving working conditions and equipping protection materials. Secondly, carrying out special training, weekly and monthly propaganda and occupational exposure education for dif erent staf to improve the awareness and compliance of occupational exposure. Thirdly, strengthening communication with department director and head nurse to analyze problems and difficulties on hospital infection prevention and control. Fourthly, strengthening baseline testing of occupational exposure, vaccinator, mental support and tracking. The countermeasures have been improved medical staf ’s awareness of occupational exposure and mostly protected staf ’s health.
