摘要
目的:了解护工行业人力资源、管理机制、工作环境、职业保障等现状,对现存主要问题提出相应对策与建议,为完善护工管理、提高患者满意度提供依据。方法:运用专家访谈、问卷调查方法,对上海市护工行业市场现状进行调查。结果:上海市护工人力资源结构不合理,管理机制初步建立,护工工作环境有待完善,护工的权益保障有待提高。结论:护工供需矛盾将长期存在,与此同时,护工管理机制的革新、工作环境的改善以及职业保障的提高应引起管理者充分重视。
Objectives: To understand the status quo of human resource, management mechanism, working conditions, job security of nursing assistants in Shanghai, i nd problems and put forward some countermeasures for completing nursing assistant management and improving the satisfaction of patients. Methods: Investigate the market situation of nursing assistants in Shanghai with the methods of expert interview, questionnaire survey. Results: The human resource structure of nursing assistants in Shanghai is unreasonable, management mechanism established preliminary, working conditions, workers' rights and interests protection needs to be improved. Conclusions: The contradiction between supply and demand of nursing assistants will exist for a long time. And meanwhile, policy makers should pay more attention to the revolution of management mechanism, the improvement of working conditions and job security.
