Transformation and tactics of pharmacy development in public hospitals under the integrated healthcare reform

随着临床药学学科的发展进步和国内城市公立医院综合改革的稳步推进,公立医院药品零差率全面实施,大型综合性医院药学学科面临由利益中心转变为成本中心,学科前景不明、处境困难的巨大挑战。药学学科顺应时势,主动转型与应对刻不容缓。以建立医企合作一体化药品集中采供管护新模式为探索,以全程化药品管理信息平台为支撑,加快医院药学部角色定位与职能转变,加强人才培养,提升药学专业服务价值,促进药学学科内涵深化,增强学科专业实力,有利于实现药学学科的成功转型。

Alongside the development of pharmacy, the steady progress of urban public hospitals integrated reform, and the policy of zero mark-up of medicines in China, pharmacy departments of large comprehensive hospitals are encountered with many huge challenges, such as being transformed into cost center from profit department, uncertainty of subject prospect, etc. Facing those challenges, pharmacy departments have to be in tune with the times and transform immediately. Depending on the full-process information platform of medicine management, explore a new model of medicine purchasing, management and distribution on the basis of close hospital--enterprise cooperation, accelerate the role orientation and function transformation of pharmacy, and strengthen personnel training. By taking those tactics, the service value of pharmacy will be enhanced, the connotation of pharmacy discipline be promoted, and the strength of pharmacy be strengthened. These would be conducive to the successful transformation of pharmacy.
