Strategy and practice of implementing of doctor authorization management in a tertiary hospital

借鉴开展处方权积分管理的经验,建立了全面的医师授权管理制度,覆盖了对处方权、处置权、手术权、报告权等主要权限的管理。实行一年来,已对医师各项权限进行了明确授权、视能授权、完整授权和动态授权,并启动了医师技能培训与考核工作。医师授权管理规范了临床诊疗行为,提高了医疗质量,降低了医疗纠纷发生率。

Referring to the experience of integral management of prescription right, the comprehensive authorization management system has been established, which has covered the authorization of prescription, disposition, surgery, medical report and so on. In a year, various medical rights have been authorized clearly, ef ectively, completely and dynamically, and the training and assessment of physicians have been started as well. Medical behaviors have been standardized, medical quality has been improved, and incidence rate of medical dispute has been decreased by the authorization management of medical right.
