医院继续医学教育管理的实践与探索

Practice and thoughts on hospital continuous medical education management

继续医学教育作为医学院校教育、毕业后医学教育之后的一个重要补充,在不断更新在职卫生技术人员(包括管理人员)的知识、理论、技术和方法方面发挥着重要作用。笔者从加大继续医学教育宣传、做好定期管理督促、加强与各科室的联系、创新继续医学教育的学分授予工作等方面总结了首都医科大学宣武医院继续医学教育管理的经验。并对目前继续医学教育存在的问题进行了分析与思考,提出应增强医务人员对继续医学教育的认识,促进自主学习;加强师资队伍建设,提高继续医学教育水平;建设具有针对性、个性化的继续医学教育内容;全面运用现代信息技术,提高继续医学教育质量等做好继续医学教育的建议。

As an important part of medical education, continuous medical education plays important roles on updating knowledge, theory, skill and methods for health professionals. Experiences of Xuanwu Hospital were summarized by aspects of strengthening propaganda, regular supervision, strengthening communication among departments and innovating credit score. Based on the problem analysis, suggestions which can be described as strengthening the awareness to promote self-education, pay more attention on teacher’s training to continuous improve education quality, developing individual oriented education content and full applying modern information technology were mentioned.
