我国二级综合医院人力资源现状分析 被引量:13

Distribution analysis of human resources in the secondary general hospital in China

摘要 目的:了解国内公立二级综合医院的人力资源分布现状。方法:选取《中国二、三级医院医疗服务能力》基线调查中具有完整人力资源数据的465所二级医院进行分析。结果:国内二级医院医护人员平均比例为(0.71±0.08),副高以上职称比例平均为(0.11±0.08);本科学历以上医生比例平均为(0.62±0.23),大专学历以上护士比例平均为(0.66±0.23);每床医生和护士数平均分别为(0.39±0.14)和(0.51±0.18),东部高于中部和西部;医生和护士日均门急诊量平均分别为(3.56±2.67)和(2.76±2.07),并且东部均高于中部和西部,南方低于北方(P均<0.05)。结论:国内二级医院人力资源及其效率总体分布趋于合理,但是在局部同样也有数量和质量上的不平衡分布情况,建议应该加强引导,不断优化国内二级医院的人力资源分布状况。 Objective:To learn about the current distribution status of human resources in the secondary general hospital in China.Methods:A total of 465 secondary general hospitals who have completed human resources data from the Baseline Survey of Healthcare Service Capacity for Chinese Secondary and Tertiary Hospitals were selected and analyzed.Results:The mean proportions of physicians and nurses,percentage of staf members who held a vice-professor or higher title,physicians who held a bachelor's plus a higher degree,nurses who held a college's plus a higher degree were 0.71±0.08,0.11±0.08,0.62±0.23,and 0.66±0.23,respectively.The mean numbers of physicians and nurses per bed were 0.39±0.14 and 0.51±0.18,respectively.The numbers in eastern region is higher than that in central and western regions(P <0.05).Meanwhile,the mean clinic and emergency volumes serviced by doctors and nurses per day were 3.56±2.67 and 2.76±2.07.The higher volumes were observed in eastern region than that in central and western regions,in northern than that southern regions(all P <0.05).Conclusions:The efficiency of the overall distribution of human resources becomes more reasonable in secondary hospitals in China.However,there are also partly unbalanced distribution of the quantity and quality of human resources in secondary hospitals in China.
