摘要
目的:对比分析新医改实施以来国内县级人民医院和中医院卫生人力资源配置现状,以发现存在的问题并提出相应建议。方法:对湖北省2013年县级人民医院和县中医院卫生人力资源配置状况进行描述分析和χ~2检验并讨论。结果:县级人民医院和县中医院在卫生技术人员数、结构及执业能力分布和人才队伍建设方面存在差异性,县人民医院优于县中医院。结论:县人民医院和县中医院卫生人力资源配置仍然失衡,且有扩大趋势,亟待进一步优化。应从统筹县人民医院和中医院发展角度出发,建立和完善机制,优化配置卫生人力资源。
Objectives:To learn the status quo of human resources for health allocation and to find out problems and give some recommendations by comparing the human resources in county people's hospital and county hospital of TCM before and after implementing healthcare reform.Methods:Human resources in county people's hospital and county hospital of TCM in 2013 were analyzed by descriptive analysis and Chi-square.Results:There are gaps between county people's hospital and county hospital of TCM in index of health professionals,the structure,capacity and training and the status of human resources in county people's hospital is better than that of the county hospital of TCM.Conclusions:There is imbalance of health human resources allocation between county people's hospital and county hospital of TCM.The gap is becoming larger and larger.It needs to establish ef ective mechanism and optimize human resources allocation in perspective of integrated developing.
