摘要
通过对北京同仁医院2015年临床科室中层干部集中换届调整工作进行系统回顾,分析总结现阶段公立医院临床科室中层干部选拔任用的关键环节、任用条件和对策建议,建设一支信念坚定、为民服务、勤政务实、敢于担当、清正廉洁的干部队伍,为医疗行业中层管理干部的选拔提供借鉴。
Based on the practice of department director promotion in clinical departments in Tongren hospital,the key points,assessment index system which includes good ideal,serving for people,diligence,accountability and clear,and the recommendations of department director promotion was summarized to give reference for talent promotion.
