Discussion on project management based medical staff training framework

人才培养是涉及到各行各业得以持续发展的关键环节,医务人才培养是我国人才培养中的重要内容。通过立足于上海市区级医院,从国家、地方与单个医疗事业单位三个层面的人才培养项目对国内医务人才培养架构予以整理,并分析国内医务人才培养项目的共性与特性,最后对人才培养项目的申报依据进行探讨,从而促进同济大学附属杨浦医院科研管理层面对以项目管理为基础的医务人才培养构架的认知与合理的应用,以进一步加强医院对人才培养项目的管理,推动医院人才的培养。

Human resources training is a key factor for sustainable development and medical staf training is an important part of human resources training system in China.Based on the analysis of medical staf training system at the level of national,regional and medical institutes,the common and characters of medical staf training projects were discussed.The motivations and reasons of human resources training project was also analyzed to improve the awareness of project management based medical staf training in Yangpu hospital and promote hospital human resources training.
