摘要
随着国家医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,医院采购管理已成为医疗卫生系统管理者关注的重点。医院的采购工作是一项系统工程,其管理体系的建立也是医疗管理领域中值得探究的重要课题。通过对秦皇岛市第一医院长期采购工作经验的总结与提炼,提出"DOCTOR"采购管理体系,包含部署、目标、成本、学习、合法、档案等6个元素,进一步适应新形势下现代医院采购要求。
With the continuous deepening of the national healthcare reform,hospital procurement management has become the focus of attention of the health administrators.Hospital procurement is a systematic project,and the establishment of its theoretical system is an important subject in the field of medical management.Based on the experiences of first hospital of Qinhuangdao city long-term procurement 'DOCTOR' procurement management mode including Deploy,Object,Cost,To study,Official,Record six elements has been established to match the new requirement of hospital procurement under the environment of healthcare reform.
