住院医师临床技能培训是住院医师规范化培训的重要内容,针对传统的以课程式教学为主的临床技能培训模式的不足,东阳市人民医院通过多年的探索和实践,总结了在五位一体教学模式下住院医师临床技能分阶段培训的新模式,即从培训目标、培训内容、培训方法、方案实施、考核评价等5个方面进行精细化管理,取得了较好效果,为住院医师临床技能培训提供了新的方法,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Resident clinical skills training is an important part of resident standardization training. In view of the deficiency of the traditional teaching mode of clinical skills training, Dongyang People’s Hospital, after years of exploration and practice, summarized a three-phase mode of clinical skills training under five-in-one teaching mode, which includes training objectives, training content, training methods, program implementation, and evaluation.
