我国研究型医院相关文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis on research hospital in China

目的:通过分析国内研究型医院文献,了解国内研究型医院发展情况及相关研究进展。方法:在生物医学文献光盘数据库、中国知网数据库及Pubmed数据库检索国内于2003-2015年发表的研究型医院相关文献,并利用SPSS16.0软件包及CitespaceⅢ可视化软件对纳入文献进行统计分析。结果:研究型医院概念由国内首次提出,且在2012年后论文数目明显增加,主要研究单位仍然集中在军队医院和大型医院,地方医院及小型医院开展研究相对较少。研究主要内容包括转化医学、医院管理、科研管理及学科建设等方面。结论:研究型医院理论在国内已经成为研究热点,但涉及研究型医院具体建设实践及建设模式的文献数量仍非常有限。

Objectives: To learn status quo of research hospital development and the progress of research in China by analyzing literature of research hospital in China. Methods: Research hospital literatures were found in Medline, CNKI and Pubmed in 2003-2015. SPSS16.0, Citespace visional software were used to analyze the data. Results: The concept of research hospital was firstly defined by China. Since 2012, the numbers of paper have significantly increased and research situations focus on military hospital and large scale hospital. Local hospital and small hospital made few research on it. The main contents of research focus on translational medicine, hospital management, research management and discipline construction. Conclusions: Research hospital theory has been a hot point in China but the literature focusing on research hospital building and practice is scarcity.
