摘要
海宁市中医院与尖山新区(黄湾镇)卫生院合作建立尖山分院,推动优质中医资源下沉,提升基层中医服务水平,取得显著成效。实际工作中,通过建立紧密合作机制,开展中医特色疗法,普及中医药知识和中医护理技术,加强质控指导,开展新技术、新项目,开通双向转诊绿色通道,落实"三个到位"等举措实现"双下沉、两提升",获得当地百姓和海宁市卫生计生委认可和赞誉。
Excellent health resources of TCM was successfully relocated and improved township health center's TCM care capacity in Jianshan Branch Haining Hospital of TCM with the mode of co-building that hospital by both Haining Hospital of TCM and Jianshan Township Health Center. TCM special treatment, common technology and skill of TCM and nursing skill were carried out in Jianshan Branch by building dual referral channel, implementing ‘three implementation' which was approved by both the publics and the government.
