摘要
近年来,苏北人民医院的人才培养机制渗透合作博弈论的理念,对外与国外医院合作培养国际性人才,对内建立多个多学科诊疗中心和医学研究所提升诊疗及科研水平,对上与多家知名院校合作挂牌促进人才成长,对下成立医疗集团达到集团内成员合作共赢局面。这种培养机制可以节约人才培养管理和信息成本,达到1+1>2的协同效应,为创新型人才培养开辟途径,也能做到品牌最大化,达到联盟共赢。
The cooperative game theory has some influence on the talent training mechanism in Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital. In order to train international talents, the hospital cooperated with foreign hospitals. To achieve the goal of promoting diagnosis and research capacity, the hospital sets up many multidisciplinary treatment centers. It also cooperates with many famous hospitals and colleges to accelerate the development of talents. And it sets up the medical group in the area so that every hospital can get the interests from the group. The mechanism has some profits of cost saving, interesting increasing, innovative talent training and brand maximizing, so that it can lead the results of win-win alliance.
