摘要
提升资金绩效是公立医院完善内部运营管理、加强财务工作的重要内容之一,也是防范不正当利益输送、反对以权谋私的必然要求。介绍了浙江省绍兴市公立医院公款竞争性存放的具体做法及实施效果,并就现有探索成果进行深入讨论,为其他地市公立医院改革探索提供参考依据。
Improving financial performance is not only an important part of strengthening internal management and financial management in public hospital, but also a necessary requirement of preventing improper benefits delivery and abusing power for personal gain. This article introduced the specific practices and effect on the competitive storage of public funds in public hospitals and deeply discussed the existing research results in expectation of providing reference for other cities.
