摘要
为减少不合理滞留住院患者导致的医疗资源浪费,维护正常医疗秩序,成都市新都区中医医院通过在医院内创新"1234+"医务社工模式,将医务社工个案工作法和多学科协作引入不合理滞留住院患者危机管理中,实践效果良好。阐述了医务社工参与不合理滞留住院患者危机管理的实践举措,分析了"1234+"医务社工模式的创新点,介绍了医务社工参与的不合理滞留住院患者多学科、多部门联合危机管理机制,并点明了医务社工事业发展的关键点。
In order to reduce health resources waste caused by irrational delayed discharges and keep normal healthcare order, '1234+' mode for medical social worker which combined with case study and multi discipline treatment has been created and applied in crisis management of irrational delayed discharges and has got good effect. The innovation, practice and experiences and the mechanism of '1234+' mode have been discussed and the key point on medical social worker development has also analyzed.
