摘要
随着公立医院综合改革试点的推进,公立医院内部精细化管理正逐步向外部精益化管理转变,即着眼于宏观规划,依托信息化手段,实现联网运作、资源共享,达成区域协同管理目标。分析了公立医院区域协同精益化管理当前存在的主要问题,阐述了智慧医疗感知化、医疗服务一体化、设备采购集约化、服务评价标准化的管理对策与成效,并对实施过程中的焦点问题进行了思考与探讨。
With the progress of pilot reform in public hospitals, the management mode is changing from internal fine management into external lean management. It focuses on macro-planning and operates more hospitals through network to realize resource sharing and accomplish regional management by information. The article analyses the main problems of public hospital regional synergy refined management are discussed and key points such as the context aware of smart healthcare, integrated healthcare, centralized purchasing, standardized assessment system are also analyzed.
