摘要
医师伴随着年龄的增长和职称的晋升,在医院里扮演的角色也会随之发生变化。完成了毕业后医学教育,医师大多数处于中、高级职称,进入医学继续教育阶段。华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院针对中、高级职称医师,按照岗位角色的不同进行分级培训,即初、中、高级医师多元化的专科医师临床技能培训。同时配套建立完善的领导监督体系,科学的管理模式,形式丰富的培训内容,以医疗工作为本的培训模式和考核办法,为医院培养出基础知识过硬、业务技能系统、综合素质全面的医疗人才。
The role of doctor will change along with their growth and promotion in the hospital. After finishing graduated medical education,most of doctor who have medium or senior professional title will accept continuing medical education. Special training systems according to titles and posts divided into junior,medium and senior titles have been established in Tongji Hospital. Supporting countermeasures such as leader monitoring system,scientific management mode,rich content,clinical skill centered training and assessment mode are also established to cultivate excellent clinical skills,excellent subspecialty clinical skill and excellent comprehensive quality medical staf.
